“An arrow can only be shot by pulling it backward. So when life is dragging you back with difficulties, it means that it’s going to launch you into something great. So just focus, and keep aiming.”
An aspect of mindfulness is to set your intention. When you’re a fast-acting multitasker, your mind can become invaded by the thoughts and responsibilities you’re trying to keep track of. While these goals are important to keep organized, you can deal with the onslaught of to-dos by zoning in on a point of focus. Do this by setting your intention each morning and staying mindful of what matters most that day. For more: see setting your intention.
