Stay healthy and hydrated with these simple tips.   Calculate your everyday water needs for health. You need half an ounce to one ounce of water per pound of body weight each day. If you’re 200 pounds, that’s 100 – 200 ounces a day.  Training day water needs for performance: PRE = 16 oz. 2 hours before | DURING = 4 – 6 gulps every 10 – 15 min | POST = 20 oz. for each pound lost.
